Palisade Peach Cobbler
What to do with a case of peaches? Bake!

cored sliced and into a sauce pan

Cobbler Topping

butter

flour

cup
sugar

baking powder

pinch
salt

cup
milk
cinnamon
Instructions
cored sliced and into a sauce pan. cook until peach juices are evident in the pan. remove from heat and place in earth ware pan.
mix the dry ingredients. fold the butter into the dry ingredients.
mix in the milk into dry ingredients
spoon over the peaches and bake @ 350F for about 35 minutes when the top is golden Brown.
Notes
as the cobbler was about 90% done - add cinnamon sugar for the finish.
