Instructions
rinse the bean sprouts under cold water
drip off all liquids well
place in a bowl and mix with scallions, vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic and sweet and low.
marinate for 2 hours
serve chilled on a leaf of lettuce and a wedge of tomato
