- 1 Medium White Onion Pealed, chopped finely
- Many Garlic toes Pealed, Minced
- 4 each Carrot peeled and shredded
- 2 each eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 pounds Minced Chicken
Spice
- pinch of Oregano
- pinch of Sage
- pinch of Cinnamon
- pinch of Onion powder
- pinch of Garlic Powder

Mix every thing well in a large mixing bowl
Form the meat balls
Sear the meatballs. Each side for about 1 minute
place the meat balls into a baking dish
