Wolfgang Dough

  • 3 cups all purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pkg fresh yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Place the flout into a food processor
  • combine salt, honey, olive oil and add the 3/4 cup of water. Mix
  • with the motor running pour in the wet.
  • add dissolved yeast mixture
  • Process until the dough forms a ball.
  • transfer the dough onto the lightly floured cutting board. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
  • divide into four and refrigerate
  • An hour prior to cooking, remove from the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
  • lightly nead the douch on a floured surface making a six inch circle.
  • build your pizza.
