Market Place ~ “KIND” Protein Bar by Kind Lcc

Kroger’s free Friday sample today is “Kind” protein bars. Peanut butter and dark chocolate says 8g of protein in a 40g bar. It has 52% nuts, and it’s gluten free and dairy free. The piece that I like best is “No Genetically Engineered Ingredients, No sugar”. It also says that the Kind bar is a good source of protein and good source of fiber. Interesting marketing. Tough, it still begs the question – does it taste good? We’ll see very soon.
