Gourmet Garden

The culinary thread ties back to La Chaumiere at the CP. It is my first exposure to opening the door to the roof terrace and harvesting fresh lemon thyme, rosemary,  and purple basil. the CP gourmet garden was a well manicured garden. Gormet gardens have progressed to small gardens and available in  garden pots. Sage, rosemary and thyme are season herbs ready for recipes or holiday gifts.
