Dining at Gaetanos Italian Restaurant

Dining at Gaetanos Italian Restaurant

Dining at Gaetanos Italian Restaurant

Best part of dining in an Italian Restaurant is the hospitality.  we were pleasantly met and seated in the patio section. Restaurant checklist include: atmosphere, how the wait staff take my order and food.

the patio had winter heaters blowing. Can eat with them – but definitely can not eat with out as it was so cold. Heating opportunity here! the signature is gangsters used to eat here. It is on the menu, on the walls….While some might think it was cool, I do not get it. Noise level is high (even on the patio) and I could not clearly hear conversations.

The lasagna is good, the sauce is good, the drink came out in a plastic cup with a straw.

Not Good.

Dining at Bistro Vendome on New Years Eve

Dining at Bistro Vendome on New Years Eve

New favorite

Spaghetti factory has moved out of Lodo, my new favorite restaurant is Bistro Vendome. Our family welcomed in the New year 2019 with French Bistro style dining.

the Crepe Vendome on the menu is a must. It has roasted chicken, olives, herbs and topped with a fried egg. Who would have thought.

Bernaise sauce tastes like butter and when ordering a shirly temple they did not bring over a plastic glass with a lid. Chef / Owner Jennifer came to the table to make sure all was OK. This is my New favorite restaurant to watch people and yes to have New Years Eve dinner..

Fine Dining at the Palace Arms

Little Man IceCream

Any time one can break “always” – go to little man ice cream. I like LoHi better than Union Station for the decorations.

this week i had Vanilla. Papa says – If the icecream maker can make vanilla – they can make other exceptional

flavors. i will try exceptional next with sprinkles.
