The NY Times Food a good appetite article states “get to know the versatile quarter sheet pan, an indispensable tool for fine tuning meals“. Wow. Not a hack that I wrap my mind around. Refer to Question #2. The article continues ” Once upon a time, way back in the annuals of home cooking, there was an era before sheet-pan suppers. Wow again.

Some of the peach farmers in Palisade lost their entire crop this year according to the Denver Post 2020-09-02. Frost came in this year. “We would sell in excess of a million pounds of peaches (normally), and we’re not selling any this year. so there is a million pounds less from just our company alone.”

if you can find summer peaches – put them to use. Just saying.
