Ingredients
  1. One package of lasagna noodles.
  2. One 12 oz bag of mozzarella cheese
  3. Two 6oz containers of ricotta cheese
  4. One can of parmesan cheese
  5. 2 lbs of ground beef
  6. One 32oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  7. 13 x 9 baking pan
Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking beef. Drain extra grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce with ½ cup of water to meat.
  2. Next scoop two ladles worth of combined sauce to empty baking pan. Swirl sauce around a bit to cover entire bottom of pan.
  3. Then place 4-5 uncooked lasagna noodles in the pan to cover from side to side. Typically the noodles overlap a portion so it is a solid layer of noodles.
  4. Next use one of the 6oz containers of ricotta cheese and cover the noodles.
  5. Then layer with half the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour two ladles worth of combined sauce over the first layer of meat sauce, noodles, two kinds of cheeses.
  7. Then place 4-5 uncooked lasagna noodles in the pan to cover from side to side.
  8. Next use the other 6oz container of ricotta cheese and cover the noodles.
  9. Then layer with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  10. Cover with the remaining meat and sauce.
  11. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  12. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
Notes
  1. When ready, uncover foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes. During that 5-10 minutes is when I typically heat up garlic bread to eat with lasagna.
  2. Enjoy!
