Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 marmalade, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 clove crushed garlic, 4 pounds ribs
Instructions
- mix all ingredients and pour over ribs.
- bake at 350F for 1-2/3 hours
Notes
- optional twist would be to add crushed ginger and 1/4 cup oyster sauce - although i dont like fish - .
- finish with green onion circles and toasted sesame seed.
