Corona Virus Denver Post Article: March 18th

Day 3 of self – quarantine. I’ve found relief in the Denver Post’s food section. The first thing I saw in the side column is “Making do With What You Have”. This stood out to me because in this time of an epidemic the hot items in grocery stores seem to be toilet paper, eggs, and pasta. Well, what else do we have?! 😉 And, with the encouragement to stay inside and self-isolated, it is probably wise not to go out shopping for food to cook with…

As this side column heading suggests, we will make do with what we have. During the next few weeks, we will hopefully be able to provide a selection of recipes that easy to make with what you have at home.
