Cucumber Salad

Equipment

  • bowl to mix in

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups English Cucumbers Thinly Sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Salad Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Mint fresh snipped
  • 5 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • In a Mixing Bowl add the Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Oil and Mint.
  • Add Cumbers. refrigerate
