- 6 cups English Cucumbers Thinly Sliced
- 2 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Salad Oil
- 4 Tbsp Mint fresh snipped
- 5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In a Mixing Bowl add the Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Oil and Mint.
- Add Cumbers. refrigerate
