Refer to Question #2. The article continues ” Once upon a time, way back in the annuals of home cooking, there was an era before sheet-pan suppers. Wow again.

I will stay with basic methods of cookery and keep sheet pan cookery as a hack and not in the tool box .. Ok . Question 1. What are the 12 methods of cookery?
