Kitchen Article ~ Architectural Record 9/13/18

There is a movement  to get kids to cook and eat healthily to stay healthy. From a Kids Perspective …. 

London school curriculum has kitchens to teach cooking to middle schoolers. Architectural Record continues the article that kid cooks ages 8 to 11, at Brunswick Park Primary School in London, also needed to kitchen for the cooking process that would encourage students to participate. Safety first! the teaching kitchen has tables our size for hands-on involvement. Unfortunately there are only room for eight chefs at the same time.

Here in Colorado we have our own after school enrichment, “Sticky Fingers”. This teaches us recipes and cooking techniques. It would be really cool if this curriculum would be in a permanent location(i Denver) and part of the regular hour lessons.
