Reynard Social

Reynard Social

Intriguing is the one word that describes the Reynard Social at 16th and Market. We visited the hidden treasure on the 6th floor of the Thompson Hotel Denver. During days leading to the holidays, this hidden gem was the perfect way to get into a festive mood, without being bombarded by obnoxiously blaring holiday music and gaudy decor. From the disco-ball snowman that greeted us at the entrance to the dim-lit dining/cocktail area, the atmosphere at Reynard Social was delightful, despite the frightful weather outside.

Feta fries, a mocktail which truly “ascended” our criteria, and a lovely meat and cheese platter made our party elated and satisfied. The Reynard Social’s house mocktail, called the Ascend, was honestly the best I’ve tasted. A complex mixture of cinnamon, pineapple, and a few other secret ingredients, left the taste buds curious and awakened.
