Lox

Lox

Lox, smoked salmon, gravlax are part of my salmon quest.

Today is Einstein’s Lox and Bagel. My 3 factors rule still apply that ultimately affect perfect rating.

Architectural aesthetics, background noise, and the food on the plate.

Architectural aesthetic included way finding and ease of reading the menu. In Westminster Colorado the Einstein’s restaurant chain have this figured out. Early morning patron chatter was welcoming and added to an easy atmosphere. The Lox and Bagel was done well. The bagel was toasted perfectly, smear not to heavy, crisp red onion and ripe tomato (even in January). The missing piece was the lemon garnish – however that was found at the water stand. Hospital and efficient service adds to the experience and gives Einstein’s Lox and Bagel rating 4.5 of 5 on the salmon quest.
