Summer Dinner ‘Turkish Fritter’ (or zucchini pancakes)

Summer Dinner ‘Turkish Fritter’ (or zucchini pancakes)

The Denver Post 09.01.2021 feature has a recipe worth saving. Denver post writes about zucchini pancakes. No, that’s what I thought also . Not sweet pancakes. the cheese and onion take it into a different direction. The DP says this is a Turkish fritter with feta cheese and green scallion in the batter. it is interesting but false advertising as a pancake.
