A delightful midday Cupp a’ Coffee

mid day break – a good cup of coffee. More specifically a good cappuccino.

the criteria for  a good cappuccino is a warmed ceramic cup, double shot espresso, floating frothy milk – not to dry and the  simple swirling  finish.  

the traveling criteria is the same. Hospitality, on the plate and ambience.

Sunday – the barista is engaging . “the standard Cappuccino  – try the blonde Cappuccino?”

it was good to try – however I like my coffee to taste like coffee. The Blonde Cappuccino was more frothy fun (blonds have more fun) than the standard cappuccino … regardless was a delightful mid day break.
