Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients
- 12 ounce Bean Sprouts
- 4 ounces Chopped Scallion
- 5 ounces Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 sweet and Low
Instructions
- rinse the bean sprouts under cold water
- drip off all liquids well
- place in a bowl and mix with scallions, vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic and sweet and low.
- marinate for 2 hours
- serve chilled on a leaf of lettuce and a wedge of tomato
