What’s in my fridge as quick big flavors? Staples are Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup. My Saucier training still has my go to as the 3 potions. these potions are Maggie, Worcestershire and Tabasco.

How about a green sauce and Soy Sauce? .

mayo and minced herbs

Equipment

  • French knife
  • SS Bowl
  • Wisk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 ea lemon
  • 1/2 bunch chive
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 /2 bunch watercress
  • dash 3 potions
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dash gourmet mustard

Instructions
 

  • chop fine all herbs.
  • add the may to the bowl.
    add potions, mustard and lemon juice
  • mix
