The Café at Creighton University can be thought as creating food for our success for studies. Balancing ROTC PT and studies, nutrition often falls to the bottom of the priority / survival list. The University cafe becomes my critical stop between classes, and while it is easy to view the food as convience foods, the humble meals are infact “brain food” for this morning every cell is hngry.

many different senses tell you that it is time to eat. Sight, smell, hearing all must listen to when the whole body says it needs more fuel. there is a connection between fuel and cognitive function.
