Coincidentally Bob recently celebrated his birthday. He has refined his cooking prowess over the time that i have known him. When asked what is he going to explore next (I thought travel) – he answer was sauces. It could have been anything – however that was where his mind and the conversations went. I explored the idea of getting for his birthday the Saucier’s Apprentice A Modern Guide to Classic French Sauces for the Home and the Saucier’s Apprentice: One Long Strange Trip through the Great Cooking Schools of Europe, maybe Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential…. All are must reads.

Wednesday already. Thank goodness for during the Coronavirus Survival the demark of this mid week is the Denver Post October 14, 2020.
